Toddler nutrition is different from adult nutrition

In toddler age, a child's diet is getting closer to that of adults. But keep in mind that the toddler is not a small adult. We give children food that they have to bite, but not more vegetables or fruits at once, so that their teeth can handle it. So what should a toddler's diet be like?

The basis of his diet is milk (within three years, use toddler milk rather than cow's milk), cereals, fruits, vegetables and meat. Don't forget the regularity. Even for toddlers, you should think about proper eating habits. It is important to observe the same eating time and sufficient breaks between meals (at least 2-3 hours). You should not give children anything else between meals (no biscuits, candies or nuts). You shouldn't even give them sweet drinks. Try to break down the night drinking tea from a bottle. To make your child enjoy it, strive for variety and engage your imagination! In particular, do not force anything on children.
