CELASKON® 500 MG RED ORANGE 30 tbl.

The medicine contains ascorbic acid (vitamin C) in the form of effervescent tablets. Used:

• to strengthen the body's resistance to infectious diseases such as influenza and colds. Taking the medicine relieves and shortens the symptoms of flu and colds.
• to strengthen the immune system, the possibility of colds is reduced.
• to cover the body's increased need for vitamin C in stressful situations.
• during growth and to maintain healthy bones, teeth, gums, ligaments and blood vessels. It is important for the production of substances involved in the transmission of nerve impulses, for the production of hormones, the absorption of iron from food, the normal immune response to infection and wound healing.
• in conditions of increased need for vitamin C, during pregnancy and lactation, during periods of intense growth, in the elderly, in athletes, in excessive physical and mental stress, after severe injuries, in burns and extensive operations. There is also an increased need for smokers. It is used as an adjunctive treatment of infections, especially respiratory infections, as well as a supportive agent for prolonged healing of wounds and fractures.
