PARALEN GRIP is a combination medicine that contains three medicines with the following effects:
• paracetamol lowers the temperature and relieves pain,
• pseudoephedrine hydrochloride removes swelling of the nasal mucosa,
• dextromethorphan bromide suppresses cough by acting directly on the center of the cough in the elongated spinal cord, this effect is rapid and lasts for 4-6 hours.

Paralen is used by adults and adolescents in the treatment of febrile viral acute and chronic respiratory diseases accompanied by dry, irritating or paroxysmal cough.
