The medicine contains benfotiamine (vitamin B₁), pyridoxine chloride (vitamin B₆) and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B₁₂)

The medicine is used in adults:

• for the treatment of inflammatory and painful nerve diseases (neuropathies):
  • diabetic and alcoholic polyneuropathy (nerve damage due to diabetes and alcoholism),
  • migraine,
  • painful muscle strain (musculoskeletal pain),
  • painful involvement of peripheral nerve roots (involvement due to a herniated disc or as a result of degenerative spinal disease),
  • scalene syndrome (pressure on the nerve plexus in the neck area),
  • shoulder-arm syndrome (painful syndrome in the upper limb),
  • shingles (herpes zoster),
  • paralysis (paresis) of the facial nerve.
• during prolonged convalescence (recovery),
• in geriatrics.
