Nasal spray contains the drug xylometazoline. At the site of its action, it leads to narrowing of the blood vessels, thereby reducing swelling of the mucous membranes and consequently facilitating nasal breathing and improving the relaxation of mucus. The effect usually appears within 5-10 minutes.

Nasal spray is used to reduce the swelling of the nasal mucosa in acute rhinitis, in the case of an attack of excessive mucus production caused by rhinitis and in allergic rhinitis, to accelerate the release of mucus in sinusitis and in inflammation of the Eustachian tube associated with rhinitis. The medicine is intended for adults and children over 6 years.
