NO-SPA 40 mg

The medicine is used for:

• smooth muscle spasms associated with diseases of the gallbladder and bile ducts, inflammation of the gallbladder and bile ducts often associated with gallstones, inflammation of the tissue around the gallbladder, inflammation of the bile duct
• renal and urinary smooth muscle spasms: kidney and urinary stones, inflammation of the renal pelvis, inflammation of the bladder, spasms of the bladder.

The medicine is also used as an adjunct to:

• gastrointestinal smooth muscle spasms: gastric and duodenal ulcers, inflammation of the gastric mucosa, gastric spasms in the stomach, inflammation of the small or large intestine, spastic inflammation of the large intestine associated with constipation and flatulence in irritable bowel syndrome
• animal headaches
• gynecological diseases: painful menstruation.
