FENISTIL

The medicine contains dimetindene maleate. It belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamines, which are used to treat the symptoms of an allergy, such as skin rash, itching, hay fever or other forms of allergic rhinitis. The sustained release form maintains the efficacy of the drug for at least 24 hours.

The drug alleviates:

• itching accompanying allergic skin manifestations of various origins: eczema, dermatitis (inflammation of the skin), urticaria (hives);
• acute and perennial allergic hives (sowing of itchy buds);
• allergic rhinitis: hay fever and other forms of allergic rhinitis (eg allergy to house dust, animal hair, feathers).
