The oral suspension is an antifoam that breaks down the foam, which prevents the absorption of gases in the stomach and intestines. This allows gases to leave naturally or be absorbed through the intestinal wall. Liek rdecomposes the bubbles in the foamy mucus of the intestinal wall, but it is not absorbed and leaves the body unchanged by the intestine. Used for difficulties such as:

• flatulence, bloating, a feeling of fullness caused by the accumulation of gases in the digestive tract, excessive swallowing of air, which is manifested by pressure in the abdomen with insufficient excretion of gases.
• children under 3 months of age on the doctor's recommendation for "three-month" colic, which manifests itself in regular bouts of crying for about half an hour after breastfeeding or feeding and may (after the exclusion of an organic cause by a doctor) a manifestation of indigestion.
• to children on the recommendation of a doctor in case of increased flatness after operations, in case of poisoning with detergents (washing powders) and in preparation for diagnostic examination in the abdomen (sonography, X-ray examination, endoscopy) to reduce the incidence of gas shadows.
