The medicine contains the active ingredient abroxol, which is an expectorant with a mucolytic effect, causing increased mucus production and at the same time thinning it, supporting the movement of cilia. Thus, it cleanses the respiratory tract mucosa, increasing its resistance to infection.

It is used in adults and adolescents from 12 years of age for acute and chronic respiratory diseases associated with difficult expectoration, for infectious respiratory diseases, and for acute and chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses. More at adc.sk
