The medicine contains xylometazolinium chloride and dexpanthenol. Is used:

to reduce nasal congestion during rhinitis and promote the healing of skin and mucosal injuries,
to relieve vasomotor rhinitis (rhinitis caused by dilation of blood vessels in the nasal mucosa),
for the treatment of nasal breathing after nasal surgery.
