Medicine is a composite medicine containing propyphenazone, paracetamol and caffeine. Propyphenazone works against pain, fever and inflammation. Paracetamol acts against pain and lowers body temperature. Caffeine potentiates the analgesic effects of both components, especially for headaches, relieves fatigue and increases mental activity. The analgesic effect begins about half an hour after taking the drug and lasts for several hours.

It is used for headache, toothache, migraine, cold pain, post-operative and rheumatic pain, sciatica (pain in the lower limb radiation), neuralgia (pain of nervous origin, paroxysmal pain during the nerve) and painful menstruation.

If you do not feel better or feel worse within 3 days (fever) or within 5 days (pain), you must see a doctor.
