Medicine is an expectorant (a means of facilitating coughing) with a mucolytic effect, i.e. it loosens and liquefies mucus in the respiratory tract, induces increased mucus production and at the same time dilutes it, promotes the movement of cilia and thus cleans the respiratory tract mucosa, increases its resistance to infection.

The medicine is used:

• in acute and chronic respiratory diseases associated with difficult expectoration,
• in infectious respiratory diseases,
• in acute and chronic inflammation of the sinuses.
