URGO Burns For Burns

The sterile patch is made of a nonwoven fabric with a highly absorbent pad covered with a mesh (hydrocolloid / petrolatum) which, upon contact with the wound exudate, releases hydrocolloid particles which react with the petrolatum component to form a lipid colloidal gel. This helps speed up the healing process in a humid environment. The patch is intended

• for the treatment of first-degree burns and superficial second-degree burns which occur in the household,
• protective gel accelerates the healing process in a humid environment,
• the absorbent pad removes excess moisture from the wound,
• relieves pain, does not stick to the wound,
• exclusively for the treatment of wounds the extent of which does not exceed the size of the patch pad.
