Olfen Forte 23,2 mg/g gel, 150g

The medicine contains diclofenac, which belongs to a group called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Relieves pain, suppresses burns and reduces swelling in painful conditions affecting muscles and joints.

It is intended for adults and adolescents aged 14 years and older for the local symptomatic treatment of pain and inflammation in soft tissue injuries, such as post-traumatic inflammation of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints caused by e.g. sprains, dislocations and bruises (sports-related injuries).

After consultation with a doctor, it can also be used in adults for localized forms of soft tissue rheumatism (eg tennis elbow, bursitis and periarthropathy) and degenerative rheumatism (eg osteoarthritis of the peripheral joints and knees) and for back pain.
