Special Italian patented production, structure and film thickness (240 µm at 90-100 µm) ensure perfect storage and sealing. The multi-layer structure provides greater puncture resistance. Ideal for vacuum storing food with sharp edges (eg pistachios). The nylon outer layer is a moisture barrier that prevents mold. Vacuum packaging of food with modern packaging equipment consists in removing/sucking air from the bag or container and then hermetically closing the bag/container in which the product is placed. In this way, you can protect different types of meat, fish, sugar, cheese, vegetables and fruit. Nothing prevents you from packing an electronic device, for example a laptop or smartphone battery.
Vacuum packaging for storage in the refrigerator.
The pouches and foils are ideal for busy parents of large families. Food can be prepared in advance, vacuum packed and stored in the refrigerator. 
Vacuum packaging for storage in the pantry.
Even foods that can be stored at room temperature (e.g. coffee, flour, pasta, sugar, etc.) will last longer thanks to vacuum packaging. If these products will not be used for several days, for example when you are away from home or on holiday, it is recommended to protect the food by vacuum packaging. They will be fresh in the room and moisture, mold and insects will not be able to damage them.
Defrosting in Magic Vac® bags.
If you want to defrost vacuum-packed food, place it on the lowest shelf in the refrigerator to slowly defrost it when handling meat, fish, fruit, vegetables or other delicate products. If you want to defrost the bread, leave it at room temperature. If you are thawing soup or other liquids, place the bags in hot water until they reach the correct temperature. Use them immediately after thawing. Do not refreeze.
Food vacuum packaging.
Many foods are sold vacuum packed, such as cheese and meat. To preserve the taste and freshness of these products, after opening the industrial packaging, repackage them in MAGIC VAC® bags. However, the packaged food products must be consumed before the expiration date, which is indicated on the original packaging of the product, and the utmost care and hygiene must be handled during the vacuum repacking.
Sous-vide.
Magic Vac® bags and foils are especially suitable for cooking in a separate container. Temperature 90 ° for max. 8 hours or 70 ° temperature for max. 72 hours. The use of lower temperatures compared to traditional food preparation means that the most sensitive products remain unchanged, improving the taste, aroma and natural color of the food. Precise and constant temperature regulation and the fact that the food is not placed directly in the water, but is enclosed in a bag, means that the vitamins and nutrients are not dispersed in the water. Everything stays in the sous-vide package because there is no air or water to change the structure and properties of the food.
Safe and tested.
Magic Vac bags and foils are BPA free. Disposable products can be washed and used repeatedly, saving money and the environment. Bags and foils are available in a variety of sizes to meet all your needs and save space.
