Special patented Italian production guarantees perfect storage and sealing. Vacuum packaging of food with modern packaging equipment consists in removing/sucking air from the bag or container and then hermetically closing the bag/container in which the product is placed. In this way, you can protect different types of meat, fish, sugar, cheese, vegetables and fruit. Nothing prevents you from packing an electronic device, for example a laptop or smartphone battery.
Vacuum packaging of food stored in the refrigerator.
Containers are ideal for busy parents of large families. Food can be prepared in advance, vacuum sealed and refrigerated. 
Defrosting in Magic Vac® containers.
If you want to defrost vacuum-packed food, place it on the lowest shelf in the refrigerator to slowly defrost it when handling meat, fish, fruit, vegetables or other delicate products. If you want bread, leave it at room temperature. After thawing, use the food immediately. Do not refreeze.
Food vacuum packaging.
Many foods are sold vacuum packed, such as cheese and meat. To preserve the taste and freshness of these products, after opening the industrial packaging, repackage them in MAGIC VAC® containers. However, packaged food products must be consumed before the expiration date, which is indicated on the product's original packaging, and must be handled with maximum care and hygiene during vacuum repacking.
Marinating with Magic Vac® containers.
To marinate meat, poultry and fish, pierce the surface of the food, cover with your chosen marinade and place in the Magic Vac® container. The Magic Vac® container is vacuum sealed and refrigerated for at least 20 minutes. The food will taste like it was marinated all night.
Freezing in containers.
To freeze food in plastic containers, use only Magic Vac® containers or, in the case of glass containers, tempered containers suitable for freezer temperatures.
Vacuum packaging of food in containers.
Dried foods such as pasta, cereals, flour, sugar, potato chips, pretzels and cakes or animal feed retain their structure and fresh taste longer after vacuum packaging. Salads and vegetables can stay fresh all week when stored in Magic Vac® containers. To absorb excess moisture, fold a paper towel and place it on the bottom of the container.

Magic Vac containers are BPA free. Disposable products can be washed and used repeatedly, saving money and the environment. Containers are available in different sizes to suit all your needs and save space.

Tips for use.
-Liquids must be cooled before being placed in a vacuum container.
-Powdered or granulated food should be covered with a paper towel to prevent grains from entering the pump.
-Used frying oil can be filtered, cooled in a container and kept in the refrigerator. In this way, you can reuse the oil at least once, while retaining almost all of its properties.
-Consumables such as flour, rice, cake mixes and pancakes will remain fresh even in vacuum packaging.
-Nuts and spices retain their flavor and are protected against yellowing. It is best to use plastic or glass containers that are suitable for vacuum packaging machines.
-Containers that are not adapted may deteriorate under vacuum.
