Use of iodine and boron salts.
Regenerative bath - Pour 200g of the preparation (10 spoons) into 100l of water in the bathtub. Then immerse yourself in the mineral bath for 10 to 15 minutes. If possible, do not rinse your body after bathing.
Peeling massage - apply a small amount of cosmetics to damp skin in circular motions until the product dissolves, then rinse with warm water. Can be used in the sauna.
Steam inhalation and microclimate improvement - in the room where you want to improve the air quality, place a bowl of hot, steamy water and dissolve 60 g of salt (3 tablespoons) in it. Close the room and wait until the water stops evaporating.
