The medicine relieves pain and reduces fever. It is used to treat the symptoms of flu infections and colds. The drug paracetamol is well absorbed from the digestive system and leads to a decrease in increased body temperature and relief of headaches, muscles, joints and sore throats in as little as half an hour. These effects are enhanced by the caffeine content. Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) increases the body's defenses against infections, thus supporting the effects of paracetamol in the treatment of flu symptoms and colds. Caffeine has mild stimulant effects. Chlorphenamine maleate alleviates swelling of the nasal mucosa in respiratory tract infections, prevents increased mucus secretion, and thus alleviates the course of the disease.

Adults and adolescents over 15 years of age: 2 capsules are given at the beginning of treatment and 1 capsule in the morning, for lunch and in the evening after the symptoms of the disease have subsided.
