STOPTUSSIN

The medicine contains two active ingredients: butamirate dihydrogen citrate and guaifenesin. It reduces cough irritation and changes the composition of bronchial mucus, making it easier to cough up.

It is used in children and adults:

• for the treatment of dry, irritating and difficult-to-quench cough in viral infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract, in inflammation of the upper respiratory tract, in inflammation of the pharynx, larynx, bronchi and lungs,
• to relieve cough before and after surgery,
• for asthma, tuberculosis and lung dust on the recommendation of a doctor.
