Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a worldwide leafy wood fungus with gray hats. It usually grows in rich, stepped clumps on the wood of living and dead trees. It thus receives a lot of nutrients from the trees, which contribute to its beneficial effects.

These include, in particular, the ability to stimulate cells that produce innate immunity in the body. Pleuran oyster, a polysaccharide composed of glucans, owes this ability. In addition, Oyster mushroom is a rich source of natural vitamins and minerals; contains vitamins B, D, C, K, but also quality proteins, unsaturated fatty acids, eight amino acids, elements such as selenium, zinc, boron, iodine, chromium, copper, iron and fiber.

Thanks to fiber, harmful deposits are released from the body. It is especially recommended for heart disease, the need to strengthen the nervous system and lower blood cholesterol and sugar levels without lowering insulin levels. Other indications are kidney and liver problems.
