It is not enough to just take a small first aid kit, but we recommend setting up a tailor-made holiday first aid kit. However, the first aid kit will have different equipment when you are planning a holiday in the mountains, another in an exotic destination. It also depends on the composition of the "crew" - that is, whether you travel with children, the elderly, whether someone has an allergy or nausea while driving.

We must not forget prescription medicines, which must be taken in sufficient quantities for the length of leave. When setting up your own first aid kit, you should keep the following factors in mind: sun protection, sunburn, allergies, diarrhea, constipation, headaches, toothache, joint pain, fever, sore throat, injuries, abrasions, ear aches, heartburn, mold and skin. Each first aid kit should also contain: scissors, tweezers, a thermometer, nasal drops, medicines you take regularly.
