Snoring

Snoring

Snoring is a sound phenomenon caused by the vibration of the soft parts of the upper respiratory tract. This is the earliest and most convincing manifestation of upper airway dysfunction during sleep.

The role of the upper airways is to ensure the exchange of air between the atmosphere and the lungs. The condition for ensuring this exchange is sufficient permeability of the upper airways for air flow. The upper airways form a complex system of nasal cavities, pharynx and larynx. Since the longest part of the upper airways, the pharynx, unlike other parts of the upper airways, consists only of muscles without a solid base, this is a potentially collapsible area. The lumen of this part of the upper respiratory tract is already physiologically narrowed in 3 places. These narrowing sites then represent predilection sites where upper airway obstruction may develop under pathological circumstances. If you feel that narrowing these places is your problem, reach e.g. after a spray that contains effective artificial but also natural ingredients that act on the soft parts of the upper respiratory tract.
