According to the Slovak Society of General Medicine, 90% of people in Slovakia suffer from back pain. The causes are stress, a sedentary lifestyle, poor posture, smoking and strenuous physical activities that overload the back. The temporary solution is to alleviate the pain with analgesics. However, when their effect wears off, the suffering returns because the cause of the pain remains unresolved. A better solution with a long-term effect is the regeneration of damaged spinal nerves using vitamins B1, B6 and B12. Thanks to B vitamins, nourished nerve cells are stronger, healing and better resistant to damage and pain. However, it is important to take a medicine with sufficient B vitamins regularly. Experts recommend taking 3-4 tablets a day to show the effect. It is necessary to distinguish between a drug and a nutritional supplement. The medicine contains high, manufacturer-guaranteed doses of vitamins, while the dose of effective vitamins is not guaranteed for nutritional supplements.
