OROFAR 2 mg / 1.5 mg / ml spray 30 ml

The medicine works against bacteria, viruses and fungi that cause infections of the mouth and throat. The medicine contains:

• antiseptic benzoxonium chloride (an anti-infective agent),
• local anesthetic lidocaine hydrochloride (anesthetic (topical painkiller)).

The drug is used:

• to relieve the symptoms associated with infections of the mouth and throat: sore throat caused by a cold, pharyngitis or laryngitis (inflammation of the pharynx or larynx), stomatitis (inflammation of the lining of the mouth), small sores in the mouth (aphthae) or gingivitis.
• as an adjunct to angina.
