MILGAMMA

The medicine contains the active substances benfotiamine (a derivative of vitamin B₁) and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B₁₂). 

The medicine is used in adults to treat:

• nerve diseases of various origins, neuropathy and polyneuropathy (e.g. inflammatory diseases of peripheral nerves and roots, nerve damage due to diabetes, chronic alcoholism),
• neuralgia (nerve pain),
• neuritis (inflammation of the nerves),
• shingles (herpes zoster),
• facial nerve palsy (facial nerve paresis),
• heart muscle damage due to vitamin B deficiency₁,
• rheumatic problems,
• muscle pain,
• for symptoms of excessive overload and during convalescence (recovery after illness).
