The drug is a nasal decongestant (reduces excessive blood flow to the nasal mucosa), it contains the drug xylometazolinium chloride. It also contains moisturizing and soothing ingredients that help prevent dryness and irritation of the nasal mucosa. It is intended for children from 1 to 11 years. Is used:

• to restore the patency of a stuffy nose in colds from hay, hay fever or other types of allergic rhinitis and in sinusitis. It quickly releases a stuffy nose, helps the secretion go away and makes breathing easier.
• after nasal administration for ear inflammation to reduce swelling of the nasopharyngeal mucosa (lining of the nasal passages and throat).
• on the recommendation of a doctor before a professional examination of the nose (rhinoscopy).
