The eye gel contains a carbomer. PIt is used to relieve the symptoms of dry eyes.
An important property of the eye gel used to alleviate the difficulties associated with dry eye syndrome is to maintain the integrity of the tear film, which protects the eye and good sliding properties. 
To achieve these properties, this eye gel contains a high molecular weight polymer. The carbomer increases the viscosity of the ocular instillation and prolongs the contact time with the eye, thereby reducing eye irritation.   More at adcc.sk
