PROMIX-PK mixture for gluten-free pastries

PROMIX®-PK special: gluten-free flour mixture made from naturally gluten-free and non-wheat raw materials. It is intended for the preparation of gluten-free pastries, desserts, sponge cakes as well as bread and for common culinary use - preparation of spread and thickening of dishes.

Ingredients: corn starch, rice flour, lupine flour, modified corn starch, thickener: guar flour and E461, vegetable fiber, emulsifier E481.

• 100 g of product contains on average: 3,4 g of proteins; 84,5 g of carbohydrates; 1,3 g of fat.
