DIGESTIVE INDICATIONS:

• Hypostenic dyspepsia with bloating located above the navel, aerogastria deteriorating in bedtime, alcohol or fatty food intolerance improving with grunting.

• Significant vasomotor flushes in the face after consuming alcoholic beverages, even in very small amounts.

CIRCULATING INDICATIONS:

• Subcutaneous varices, capillary involvement.

• Atonic ulcers, extensive, necrotic in appearance and with dark blood discharge or bloody odorous secretion.

• Gangrene of the toes in the stage of the occurrence of ankle (Secale cornutum, Arsenicum album).

RESPIRATORY INDICATIONS:

• Laryngitis accompanied by hoarseness worsening in the evening or in a humid environment.

• The onset of whooping cough.

• Acute ventilatory insufficiency associated with hypoxemia and hypercapnia during obstructive bronchopneumopathies (asthma or emphysema, superinfection in chronic bronchitis, bronchoalveolitis) in combination with conventional therapy.

CARDIOVASCULAR INDICATIONS:

• Decompensated cardiac insufficiency to preagonal collapse (to support conventional treatment). In severe cases, where it is no longer possible to cure heart failure, this medicine relieves the patient's anxiety in agony.

CHRONIC CARDIORESPIRATION INDICATIONS:

• Asthma and senile emphysema of the lungs.

• Chronic ventilatory insufficiency with impaired blood gas balance and sometimes reactive polyglobulia.

• Chronic dyspnoea in cardiopulmonary insufficiency (Phosphorus) as an adjunct to conventional treatment.

CHARACTERISTICS - FEELINGS:
Feeling of internal burning and external cold: burning like hot coals worsening in the heat despite objective cold (Secale cornutum); feeling cold (markedly on the edges of the body); extreme weakness with the need to wander.

MODALITIES:
Deterioration by drinking wine, alcohol; fatty foods; hot, in a warm and humid environment. Improvement by fanning; erection.

ACCOMPANYING CHARACTERISTICS:
Seizure congestion and cyanosis of the face after drinking wine or alcohol; feeling thirsty for cold water in acute illnesses despite the objective cold of the body; cold sweat on forehead and face; hoarseness worsening in the damp and evening; great anxiety related to the severity of the patient's condition contrasting with the overall state of apathy and indifference; mixed secretion of blood and pus (smelly, sticky and burning); atonic gangrene-prone hot ulcers; resistance to fatty foods, resistance to meat, milk; need for wrapping.
