The semi-rigid permanent bandage is made of 69% cotton, 31% polyamide and zinc paste.

It is used as a support bandage in orthopedics, as a permanent pressure bandage for the treatment of post-thrombotic syndromes, ulcus cruris venosum and to reduce phlebedema.
