• Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep, relieves subjective feelings of fatigue after a long flight to a different time zone (jet lag). The beneficial effect is obtained by receiving at least 0,5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of the journey and several days after arrival at the place of destination.
