Contains:

• Inositol in both its forms (myo-inositol and d-chiro-inositol).
• Folate in a biologically active form. Folate supplementation increases maternal folate levels. Low folate levels are a risk factor for neural tube defects in the developing fetus. A beneficial effect is achieved with the additional daily use of folate in the amount of 400 μg at least one month before conception and up to 3 months after it. Folate plays a role in the process of cell division, including sex cells, and contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.
• Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and supports the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood of both women and men.
• Selenium supports the normal functioning of the thyroid gland and, together with vitamins C and E, contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
• Vitamin D3 and magnesium are involved in the process of cell division.
• Folate, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.
