Use 200 ml to 1 liter of brine for a bath full of water.
Mineral bath.
Use 200 ml of the solution for a water bath.
Foot massage bath.
Use 1 glass of solution.
Body wrap - wrap.
Use brine in its natural form or diluted 1:1.
Make wraps by soaking a cloth in brine and placing it on a specific part of the body. Leave it on for 2 to 3 hours.
Hot compress.
Soak the fabric in brine at a temperature of 40 to 45 °C. Place on the desired part of the body. Cover with a dry cloth or hot water bottle. Wait until it dries.
