How best to measure body weight.
To obtain accurate results, please follow the instructions below when using the device:
Place the scale on a flat, hard surface. Soft surfaces such as carpet will adversely affect the accuracy of the device.
Start measuring at least 2 hours after getting out of bed or after eating.
Avoid measurements directly after strenuous exercise, sauna, hot bath, drinking alcohol and eating.
Always take the measurements at the same time of day and with the scale placed in the same place on the same surface in order to prevent the measurement from being affected by these factors.
