Cold application.
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Apply the compress to the designated place for a period not exceeding 20 minutes, remember the necessary 20-minute break before the next application of the compress.
Before application, make sure that the temperature of the device corresponds to the patient.
Hot application.
Heating in a microwave oven:
Place the wrap flat in the microwave. Check that the edges of the liner are not touching the walls of the microwave oven. Heat the thermocomposite according to the given temperatures and heating time (table in the instructions for use).
The temperature of the product may be higher at its edge. It is recommended to slightly stir the balls in the compress to distribute the temperature evenly. Before use, always check the temperature of the product by touch (it should be uniform in all parts) so as not to burn yourself. If the compress is too hot, let it cool. If the thermal pack is not warm enough, you can turn it back into the microwave. It is necessary to observe the additional heating time.
Please note that the product should not be too hot so that its application does not cause discomfort.
Apply it to the designated area for a period not exceeding 20 minutes, remembering to wait 20 minutes before reapplying the product.
The frozen compress maintains the temperature for 20 minutes.
