Lozenges are a medical device to protect the oral mucosa and pharyngeal mucosa - suitable for sore throats. They help to act against sore throats, protect the oral mucosa and the pharyngeal mucosa. Icelandic moss spreads as a protective plant film on the oral mucosa and on the pharyngeal mucosa when sucking. Adults and children from 4 years of age can suck 1 lozenge every 2-3 hours, if necessary. Maximum 3 lozenges per day. The lozenges are taken independently of food, allowed to dissolve freely in the oral cavity, and it is recommended not to eat or drink for half an hour after application. It can only be given to children from 4 years of age and older who can suck lozenges without risk. If sore throat persists for more than 2-3 days, a doctor should be consulted.
