Professional technology.
During production, the needles are subjected to electrochemical polishing aimed at obtaining a perfectly smooth surface.
Thin wall technology.
Increasing the inner diameter of the needle, while the outer diameter remains unchanged, allows for an increase in insulin flow.
Patented DB coating.
The needles are covered with a special coating, the composition and method of application of which is a patent-protected property of BD. Covering the needles with a thin layer of lubricant makes it possible to reduce the force required for piercing, which significantly increases the comfort of the injection.
Gamma ray sterilization.
The needles are sterilized by radiation using gamma rays, are disposable and are CE marked.
