Boil drinking water for five minutes and let it cool. 4. Pour half of the boiled water (see table) cooled to about 40 °C into the mug. Water temperature above 45 °C destroys lactic acid bacteria. 5. Take the powder with the enclosed measuring cup (see table) and pour it into the mug. The powder in the measuring cup must always be aligned! 6. Mix thoroughly. 7. Fill the mug with boiled water to the required amount (see table). 8. Stir well once more to dissolve the powder completely. 9. Check the suitable temperature of the prepared food. 10.
