Herbs for respiratory health The herbal mixture is suitable for supplementing the drinking regime of children, especially during the period of autumn splashes. The pleasant-tasting rose hips and linden flower increase the body's defenses. Mother's sip and elderflower support the normal functioning of the airways of our little ones. The fruity taste of rose hips goes well with the slightly spicy taste of motherwort and the sweet taste of linden. The golden-colored tea smells beautifully of aniseed, and a strong, pleasant aroma is also added to it by a sip of motherwort. INGREDIENTS: Rose hips (40%), motherwort (20%), anise (15%), linden flower (10%), elderberry flower (10%), wild celeriac flower (5%) PREPARATION Pour boiling water (1 ml) over 250 tea bag and remove after 5-10 minutes of infusing in a covered container. Tea must not be boiled. It is always prepared fresh. To prepare tea for infants, use boiled water suitable for infant formula. If you sweeten with sugar, the recommended maximum amount of sugar per 100 ml of drink is 5 g. DOSING Children from 6 months to 3 years: 1-2 cups per day. Children from 3 years: 3-4 cups a day. Adults: 4-6 cups per day. Do not exceed the indicated dosage. WARNING If you sweeten your tea with sugar, if possible, do not give it to infants from a baby bottle, but start using a cup as soon as possible. Excessive serving of tea with sugar can lead to increased tooth decay. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the tea mixture. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place up to 25 °C, protect from light and foreign smells. Store out of the reach of children.
