Nutritional supplement containing melatonin, L-tryptophan, herbal extracts (honeysuckle, valerian, hops, passionflower, lavender) and B vitamins.

• Melatonin, which contributes to shortening the time needed to fall asleep and reducing subjective feelings of fatigue after a long flight to another time zone (jet lag).
  A beneficial effect on falling asleep is achieved by consuming 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed.
  The beneficial effect of the time shift is achieved by taking at least 0,5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of the trip and for the next few days after arriving at the destination.
• Thiamin, niacin and vitamins B6, B12 contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system and the proper functioning of the psyche.
• Riboflavin, niacin, and vitamins B6, and B12 help reduce exhaustion and fatigue.
