Wash the bottle, cap and teat thoroughly and boil for 5 minutes. If using a steam sterilizer, follow the instructions for use. 3. Boil drinking water suitable for infants for five minutes and allow to cool. 4. Pour half of the boiled water (see table), cooled to about 40 °C, into the container. A temperature above 45°C destroys lactic acid bacteria. 5. Take the powder with the included measuring cup (see table) and pour it into the container.
