Rhinitis
Rhinitis is an infection of the nasal mucosa. It is not dangerous and recedes after 5-6 days. To prevent colds, do not sleep in cold rooms and control the air in the room. Rhinitis is a less serious illness than the flu, but it can also make daily responsibilities uncomfortable and difficult.
In the beginning of rhinitis, e.g. soak a handkerchief in the alps, place on your face and breathe deeply. Or wrap a clove of garlic in cotton wool and put it in the nostril for half an hour. Children suffer from colds more often than adults because their nose is small and the transition between nose and larynx is narrow and short. Drink plenty of liquids, put onion compresses around your neck, inhale vapors from chamomile or peppermint. Give your feet a hot bath with a fragrant ingredient, do not drink coffee, cola or alcohol. Consume warm and strong chicken soup. But be sure not to forget the nasal spray as a medicine and at the same time a spray with sea water from our pharmacy to clean the nasal cavities.
