The drug is intended for topical application to the nose and acts against rhinitis. The medicine contains oxymetazoline, which reduces blood flow and swelling of the mucous membranes, relaxes airway patency, and reduces the pain of otitis media and inflammation of the Eustachian tube. The drug is used:

in acute rhinitis, rhinitis manifested in the form of repeated nasal discharge
to release nasal mucus outflow in sinusitis
in case of hearing loss due to swelling of the Eustachian tube (inflammation of the Eustachian tube) and in case of inflammation of the middle ear
under the supervision of a doctor can also be used for chronic rhinitis and for swelling of the mucosa during diagnostic procedures.

The drug is intended for newborns and infants up to 1 year.
