Dietary supplement. The oil is obtained from fish living in cold Arctic waters and contains eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are biologically active omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids.

DHA helps to maintain normal brain function and normal vision, together with EPA they also help to maintain normal heart function, with a beneficial effect being achieved with 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day.  More at adcc.sk
