Product description
SINOVIAL ONE® 2.0% is a buffered saline solution of hyaluronic acid with viscoelastic properties.
 

SINOVIAL ONE ® contains 2.0% highly purified sodium salt of hyaluronic acid with a molecular weight of 800 - 1200 kDaltons. The other ingredients are: sodium chloride, sodium phosphate and water for injections. The sodium salt of hyaluronic acid (hyaluronan) is formed by the repeating chains of the disaccharide units of N-acetylglucosamine and sodium glucuronate. It is an essential component of synovial fluid and carries its special viscoelastic properties. The sodium salt of hyaluronic acid in SINOVIAL ONE® 2.0% is obtained by fermentation and is not chemically modified.

SINOVIAL ONE ® 2.0% is supplied as 3 ml glass syringes containing 2,5 ml solution.
The contents of the syringe are sterile and pyrogen-free.

Instructions for use
- Before injecting SINOVIAL ONE® 2.0%, remove any joint effusion.
- Pull out the cap of the syringe and take extra care not to touch the hole.
- Insert the 21G needle provided.
- Screw the needle thoroughly onto the thread of the head of the Luer disposable syringe to ensure an airtight seal and to prevent liquid leakage during administration.
- Apply SINOVIAL ONE® 2.0% at room temperature and under strictly aseptic conditions.
Only inject SINOVIAL ONE® 2.0% into the synovial space. More at adcc.sk
