AURUM METALLICUM

PSYCHICS AND BEHAVIORAL DISORDERS:
• Reactive and depressive syndrome in an adult
• A manic attack alternating with winter depression. Therapeutic success is inversely proportional to the intensity of the manifestations. Manic-depressive psychosis requires the use of classical therapy.

CARDIOVASCULAR INDICATION:
• Arterial hypertension - one of the most common and reliable indications. Functional hypertensive manifestations come in waves: a sharp rush of heat, feelings of cephalic congestion, especially in the neck, dizziness. Progressive development: is more paroxysmal in a young individual than in an old and sclerotic individual. Used for arterial hypertension in menopause.
• Cardiac eretism and extrasystoles - a feeling of palpitations in the chest, the impression that the heart stops and jumps again, a feeling of constriction and shortness of breath causing severe anxiety - the same dose.
• Coronary insufficiency: exertional angina or Prinzmetal's angina.

ENT AND EYE INDICATION:
• Rhinitis, chronic sinusitis and also ozone, currently a rare condition. The pus is smelly. Bone pain frontally at the level of the cheek arch or nasal cubes, worsening at night.
• Hyperemia, one of the basic characteristics of Aurum metallicum, is found at the level of the eye - conjunctivitis with severe photophobia, iritis, increased intraocular pressure (along with conventional treatment and under ophthalmological supervision).
• Horizontal hemianopsia - the upper half of the field of view appears to be covered by a black screen, only the lower part is visible.

DIGESTIVE INDICATIONS:
• Ethylism in susceptible individuals.
• Functional digestive signs are trivial: bad breath, coated tongue, feeling swollen in the epigastrium, burning, regurgitation, nausea, stopped winds, sometimes bleeding hemorrhoids during stool excretion.
• Clinical finding: touch-sensitive hepatomegaly, subicterus, or cirrhosis.

OTHER INDICATIONS:
• Periostitis or chronic osteitis of the short bones with severe, poorly tolerated pain, exacerbated in winter, cold and at night. When supuration occurs, it is smelly.
• Dental osteitis with adenopathy:
• Chronic rheumatic joint pain and bone, deep, worsened at night, cold or winter.
