BERBERIS VULGARIS

1. URINARY INDICATIONS: Urinary lithiasis, especially uratic lithiasis. All pathological conditions with insufficient diuresis.

2. HEPATODIGESTIVE INDICATIONS: Hepatovenicular dysfunction: dyspepsia in large eaters. Bladder stones.

3. DERMATOLOGICAL INDICATIONS: Circular dermatoses, pityriasis rosea Gilbert. Dry eczema, psoriatic dermatoses. Eczema marginé de Hebra, pityriasis versicolor (as a supplement to topical drugs and field antifungal therapy)

4. REUMATIC INDICATIONS: Gout and joint difficulties in patients with uricaemia. Lumbalgia and lumbosacralgia.

CHARACTERISTICS - FEELINGS: Prickly, burning, well-defined pain; a feeling of crushing in the kidneys, exacerbated by the great pressure firing along the ureters, especially on the left; burning lumbar pain.

MODALITIES: Deterioration by minimal shock.

ACCOMPANYING CHARACTERISTICS: hyperuricaemia accompanying urinary or joint problems.
