MAGNE-B6

The medicine contains magnesium in combination with vitamin B6. These are substances necessary for the human body. In the human body, magnesium is mainly found inside the cell, slows down neuromuscular transmission and reduces nerve excitability. Magnesium deficiency also affects the mental state, causes increased sensitivity and irritability or, conversely, fatigue and drowsiness. Vitamin B6 is involved in many metabolic processes, for example, it can favorably affect the entry and retention of magnesium in the cell.

A combination of the following symptoms may indicate a magnesium deficiency:

• nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, temporary fatigue, mild sleep disorders
• symptoms of anxiety such as gastrointestinal cramps or palpitations (no heart problems)
• muscle cramps, tingling.

Magnesium supplementation may alleviate these symptoms.
