HydroTac Comfort - hydropol foam wound cover.

Gel-impregnated foam hydropolymer dressing for gel-impregnated wounds intended for the treatment of mild to moderately secreting wounds during the granulation and epithelialization phases.

HydroTac Comfort is a self-adhesive foam cover (size 15x20 cm) for wound care, the top layer of which consists of a semipermeable polyurethane film. The dressing is covered on the wound contact side with a layer of hydrogel composed of a polyurethane-polyurethane hybrid polymer containing water and propylene glycol. Hydrotac comfort is lined with a self-adhesive edge covered with a layer of polyacrylate adhesive (no additional fixation of the cover is required).

Properties and mode of action: HydroTac Comfort can both absorb wound secretions and actively hydrate the wound in case of insufficiently moist environment, which is necessary for the healing process. The gel on the side intended for contact with the wound prevents sticking to the defect surface. HydroTac comfort dressing can be removed from the wound without trauma (without damage and almost painlessly).
