SUPRASORB P PU Wound COVER

The Suprasorb® P polyurethane foam dressing, self-adhesive, is a three-layer wound dressing made of a polyurethane backing layer with an acrylate adhesive and a polyurethane foam layer which is additionally provided with a perforated polyurethane layer which is in contact with the wound.
The dressing expands easily when the exudate is absorbed and may thus cover the surface of the wound. Sticking to the wound is largely prevented by creating a moist wound healing environment.
When changing the bandage, the tissue is not damaged. The polyurethane foam bandage, self-adhesive, is very flexible and, thanks to its tack, it is also suitable for places that are difficult to treat. The polyurethane foam bandage, self-adhesive, is also suitable as a secondary bandage.
